Number 2 ‘s kindergarten class has been reading Green Eggs and Ham. Our home assignment yesterday was to create his own recipe for green eggs and ham, eat it, then write about it!
He was thrilled with the cooking part…but all I can say is–there is a reason why God made us to repel foods that are not supposed to be green. (Think mold…)
But, who knows…maybe you need an idea for dinner tonight, so here you go:
{….mmmmm….}
{…..um, do I have to eat all of them?….}
We love our homeschool days.

Wonderful, colorful photos, Ruth! What a fun morning to capture… and I love his green t-shirt to match.
I’d eat that! Homeschooling is so fun…I can’t wait!
Thanks for sharing those cute pictures, Ruth! His was definitely the most creative recipe in class. I’m so glad that he tried them….Sam would be proud!
FUN! Yours is a lot more elegant. We scramble our eggs with chopped green onion. Sometimes we serve ham on the side, and other times, I chop up the ham and that gets scrambled too. =)
mmm… pickle + eggs look like something I would have LOVED when I was pregnant.
