Sometimes we forget that the Lord cares about the details. He cares about our needs, as well as our desires. He knows when we are weary, and provides rest when we think we’ve run out of resources. He gives us delight in victories and discernment in struggles. He makes the sun to shine and the rain to fall.
And sometimes He provides through this:
A train ride with my favorite 6 guys…and a chile relleno plate.
A family outing that brought a breath of fresh air, warmth to the belly, and His blessings found in the little things.

I had the same experience today…. I found God in nachos al cabone during an unplanned family lunch where my girls met my husband and I to eat today. My middle girls fiancé met us too and we just had a great time! It was so unexpected and such a blessing to this momma who is adjusting to all of her chicks flying the nest..
